About Mrs. Hall

In 1985 I began my teaching career in Southern California for the Buena Park School District as a 5th grade teacher. After five years, I took a break to bring my son Mike, now 29, and my daughter Dani, now 27, into this world. Our family relocated to Northern California where my husband Dave grew up, and my kids and I joined the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. When my son started kindergarten at Vista Grande Elementary, I started teaching Kindergarten at Green Valley Elementary as my daughter began preschool. We have all had excellent school careers here!

This is my 26th year teaching at Green Valley and I have had the pleasure of teaching kids of all ages. After kindergarten, I taught in third, forth and fifth grade and currently teach in TK or Transitional Kindergarten. For nine years, I was a beginning teacher support provider helping new teachers as they began their teaching careers at our school. In my free time, I love to do needlecraft such as appliqué, and stitchery. I am a quilter and love to sew both by hand and machine. You can often find me on the weekends reading, gardening and spending too much time on Pinterest.
